Most customer-experience platforms were assembled for a previous era:
queues, scripts, and siloed channels. I founded
OmnisonrAI Group
to build KenetiCX, a contact center whose routing you can read.
Alloy HX explains each decision. Co-Agent drafts a reply a person sends.
For 29 years I have designed, modernized, and secured the platforms behind
T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon, and UnitedHealth contact operations. That history
is the advantage. I do not theorize about scale. I have migrated ten thousand
agents, collapsed legacy IXC into SIP, and built the quiet infrastructure
that decides whether a customer waits, transfers, or is understood.
OmnisonrAI is the company I wished existed when I was inside those environments:
cinematic in its ambition, industrial in its reliability, and engineered so
empathy and automation occupy the same workspace.
